Shipping Policies
Generally I will post out orders within 1-4 days from receipt of payment.
If you order multiple items I will always refund reasonable overages.
UK Shipping - UK parcels will either be sent Royal Mail 1st Class or Signed For if the piece is unique (Eg framed skeleton). If you'd like to upgrade your shipping, please get in touch via the contact form. Royal Mail 1st Class takes an estimated 1-2 business days from dispatch date but can take longer during busy periods.
International Shipping - Items under £20 will go International Standard service. All international parcels over £20 will be shipped via a Royal Mail Tracked service. You will receive tracking information once I have shipped your order. Both Standard and Tracked parcels take an estimated 6-9 business days but can take longer. Prices vary between £10-£25 depending on weight, size and destination.
US Shipping - A fee to cover the new tariffs introduced in September has been incorporated into the shipping price for all US customers. This fee is 10% of the product price. I will pay this to Royal Mail when purchasing postage, which will allow shipments to pass through customs without delays. Royal Mail also now require a customer phone number.
EU Shipping - Unfortunately I can no longer ship to the European Union due to the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) guidelines introduced in December 2024.
Non-EU countries - Countries outside the EU may be subject to VAT and custom duties on deliveries due to rules introduced in 2021. These fees vary by country and can be costly. Please take this into account before ordering. Check your country's policies to avoid nasty surprises. You can learn more about the DDU method of shipping here. International Tracked parcels take an estimated 3-8 business days but can take longer, especially with extra charges at customs.
